Mr. Cross is a Principal and Co-owner of Civil Site Group, Inc. He has over 24 years of professional experience in land development consulting and site/civil design for single family, multi-family, commercial, industrial, medical office, quick serve restaurants, Pre-K learning centers, and institutional projects. Mr. Cross possesses experience in hydrological and hydraulic analysis for stormwater drainage systems, utility main design, land planning, zoning assistance, public presentations, contract administration, and construction coordination. Mr. Cross has developed strong relationships with many different permitting agencies throughout the state of Indiana and is proficient in preparing construction documents.
